Returns policy

EMBRACE offers you the possibility to make a partial or total return of your order, according to the procedure described below.

Α. PRODUCT RETURNS

At EMBRACE you can return your order and receive a refund, except for the shipping costs paid. In addition, the return is subject to a shipment cost of €3.50 (for orders under €70) for returning the products to the warehouse of EMBRACE, which is not paid to the courier company, but will be deducted from the amount to be refunded as described below.

Product returns are accepted within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

Returns procedure:

  • Please complete the Return Form, which is available by clicking here.
  • As soon as the EMBRACE Customer Service Department receives your Return Form, it will notify the courier company WE BOX IT to arrange the collection of your package. The courier company will contact you to make an appointment to pick up the package from your location.
  • Please pack the products in the same way you received them and hand the package to WE BOX IT on the agreed day and time. Delivery address:

  • The refund will take place as follows:
    • To your debit/credit card, in case you used it for the order.
    • To the bank account designated in the Return Form, in case the order was paid by cash on delivery or by bank transfer.
  • The time until the refund appears in your account may vary, depending on the banks involved. The transport costs will be deducted from the refundable amount. Please contact your bank for more details.

B. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS / INCORRECT SHIPMENT

  • In case of any defect, e. g. if the product has been damaged or broken during the shipment, it can be replaced if EMBRACE is notified on the day of receipt or the next day at the latest. Beyond this period, replacement is not possible. EMBRACE undertakes to replace the defective product with a new one without any additional charge. The defective product must be returned to EMBRACE in the condition in which it was received. For the replacement of the defective product you should contact us via e-mail at customercare@embrace.gr or by phone at 210 8011834.
  • In case you receive different products from the ones ordered, EMBRACE undertakes their return and the shipment of the correct products without any additional charge. For the replacement you should contact us by e-mail at customercare@embrace.gr or by phone at 210 8011834.

C. RETURNS OF GIFTS 

If you wish to return a gift, the person who made the purchase must follow the return procedure as described above. He will be the recipient of the refund.

D. PREREQUESITES FOR THE RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Returned products should:

  • be in their original condition without being altered, opened, used/tested
  • be in their packaging, without being worn, torn or damaged.
  • be placed back in the box in a way that will keep them safe from damage.
  • be accompanied by the Delivery Note with which the customer received them.

Ε. USEFUL INFORMATION

  • In case the return does not take place within 15 days and the above conditions are not met, EMBRACE may not accept the return.
  • In each communication, the customer must have the necessary accompanying documents (receipt/invoice, delivery note).
  • In case of return of multi-packaged products, the refund applies to all the products.
  • For hygiene reasons, returns of lip balms, deodorants and make-up products are not accepted.
